1. Service Agreement

AccentWallPro provides professional accent wall installation services in California. These terms govern all interactions, consultations, estimates, and services provided.

• Services are subject to availability and scheduling
• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and project scope
• Additional work requires written approval and may incur extra charges

2. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to AccentWallPro contacting you via phone, text messages, email, or other electronic means regarding:

• Service estimates and project discussions
• Scheduling consultations and appointments
• Project updates and completion notifications
• Follow-up services and warranty matters
• Marketing communications about our services
• Automated calls and text messages

3. Payment Terms

• Deposits: 50% deposit required upon contract signing
• Final Payment: Due upon project completion and customer approval
• Late Fees: 1.5% monthly service charge on overdue balances
• Payment Methods: Cash, check, credit card, or financing options
• Cancellation: 48-hour notice required; deposits may be non-refundable

4. Warranty and Liability

Limited Warranty

• 1-year warranty on workmanship from completion date
• Material warranties as provided by manufacturers
• Warranty excludes normal wear, damage from misuse, or environmental factors
• Customer must provide reasonable access for warranty service

Limitation of Liability

AccentWallPro's total liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Client assumes responsibility for protecting personal property during work.

5. Property Access and Conditions

• Customer grants access to work areas during agreed hours
• Customer responsible for clearing work areas of personal items
• Hidden conditions may require scope or pricing adjustments
• Work may be suspended for unsafe conditions or weather
• Customer responsible for obtaining necessary permits if required

6. Intellectual Property

AccentWallPro retains rights to all design concepts, methods, and promotional materials. Customer grants permission to photograph completed work for marketing purposes unless specifically declined in writing.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: California state law applies
• Arbitration: Disputes over $5,000 subject to binding arbitration
• Venue: Legal proceedings in California courts
• Attorney Fees: Prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney fees

8. Force Majeure

AccentWallPro is not liable for delays or performance failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, material shortages, labor disputes, or government regulations.

9. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to our data collection and communication practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

AccentWallPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
